Does Playa Arena have a pool?
Yes. The outdoor swimming pool is free for guests, open all year, and has a shallow end and a view.
How close is the beach?
The hotel has direct beachfront access, without crossing a road. Progreso Beach is approximately 0.05 km away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please advise your arrival time in advance. Check-out is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Is parking available?
Free public parking is available nearby. No reservation is needed.
Is WiFi free?
Yes. WiFi is available in the rooms at no extra charge.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed on request. Additional charges may apply; contact the hotel before booking.
Are families and children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome and family rooms are available. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
Do all rooms have a balcony or spa bath?
No. Selected rooms offer balconies, sea-view terraces, or a private spa bath. Check your chosen room’s details when booking.
How much does a stay cost?

Is a damage deposit required?
A MXN 500 cash deposit is required on arrival. It is refundable in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Is breakfast or an airport shuttle included?
Breakfast and airport shuttle services are not confirmed. Please contact the hotel to check options before your visit.
